Valo is my sanctuary. I am addicted to seeing Sarah for my facials. It is relaxing and almost an out of body experience 😌 I leave feeling practically intoxicated and with glowing skin. Because I’m having regular facials, my skin is looking youthful af ☺️ The environment is extremely peaceful. I love to grab a cup of tea and sit in the circular room before my appointments. The products used at Valo smell so wonderful and leave my skin feeling fresh and perfect. Cannot recommend Sarah enough. She has created a loyal regular!

The best spa I've ever been to. We had the honor of being the interior designer on this project and we love how Valo Wellness Spa is centered around nature. This stunning space was designed to create a tranquil environment for natural-based treatments. We focused on incorporating curvilinear forms, organic shapes and natural materials throughout. The staff is incredibly kind and make sure every customer has a wonderful experience. I love every treatment in the wellness playground and I love sitting in the Halo booth. Don't walk, RUN to Valo spa and book your appointment now! You deserve to take care of yourself and there's no better place to do that than at Valo Wellness Spa in Omaha, Nebraska. Trust me, I've been tons of times and I just booked facials for my husband and I with the jade roller add on. I'm a regular :)

Timely, clean, beautiful atmosphere. This spa has it all. My massage was 1 of the best I've had. I will be back for sure. Very professional employees also. The salt sauna was a great ending to the time spent there .

Valo was well maintained and clean while I was there for a massage on a Sunday. The staff did an excellent job giving a short tour and explaining the other different offerings they had. Both staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Will definitely go back for future services.

An Unforgettable, Soul-Nourishing Experience Hosting my baby shower at Valo Wellness Spa was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. From the moment I shared my vision, the Valo team went above and beyond to bring it to reality with so much care, intention, and heart. The meditation session and sound bath were absolutely incredible—calming, grounding, and deeply moving for both me and my guests. It created such a peaceful and sacred atmosphere, unlike any traditional baby shower. A special thank you to Robin for curating every single detail to perfection. Her attention to detail, creativity, and thoughtfulness truly elevated the entire event and made it feel effortless and magical. Relaxation realized! We had a wonderful visit to Valo. We treated our mother to a facial while my sister and I did the Wellness Playground (PEMF mat and Halo infrared/salt). Mom said the facial was incredibly relaxing and I would personally like to live on a PEMF mat. The spa is serene and tranquil with incredible touches such as the staff making you tea upon arrival, luxurious robes and unwinding in the fireplace room while you await services. The whole experience is curated and personalized to you and Kelly has created a space for true healing relaxation. We can’t wait to come back!

It was very calm, quiet & serene as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was super friendly & helpful. There is a nice, clean changing area. Then you sit and relax in the fireplace room. I had the Melt massage & loved the warm stones! I didn't mind the relaxing music, but I prefer ocean waves, personal preference. My massage therapist was awesome in trying get my knots out & very knowledgeable. I've been on day 2 of a headache, and she was able to locate where it was coming from & helped immensely. She even gave me stretches after to help my posture! Very relaxing. I would have also liked a bottle of water to go after my facial. Not a huge deal but still. Anyway, I will definitely be back. For a facial & massage next!!

I had the best experience at Valo with Preston, I felt comfortable & at ease! My Husband booked a maternity massage for my birthday that fell through. I told them the situation and Kelly was so kind not only she get me in the next day she even threw in a hand and foot scrub! Kelly is such a kind person Her staff is professional, the service excellent, and the facility is relaxing!

I had such an amazing experience at Valo. From the moment I walked in, I truly felt catered to. Every single person went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Preston did an incredible job with my massage and made me feel so relaxed, which meant everything to me as an expecting mother. He was attentive, professional, and truly made the experience special. This place is absolutely amazing, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be back!

This is an absolute gem. I took my sisters here after reading the raving reviews as a holiday spa treat for them and I regret none of it. In fact, one of my big sisters who lives in the area is probably going to get a membership. As awkward as it might be to try and go to a spa in the mall, trust me when I say this place is worth it. It is so incredibly secluded and very comfortable. They had to keep the windows slightly see-through as part of the mall placement but when this place grows and gets enough clients out she's going to get her own studio somewhere. I just know it. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained and very comfortable and have all the supplies you need for Post service shower and to do your hair and lock your stuff. We got robes and flip-flops and were able to enjoy the wellness playground, which was a series of four anti-gravity chairs that have different services and get cleaned in between use. The infrared light therapy was very comfortable, but that pemf mat is something I'm going to have to get for my own house now. The little curtained area that you see in the video is where the infrared Halo salt sauna session is at, and it is much more comfortable than I thought it would be. I wish it was a little hotter, but I love my heat. I'm definitely a sauna girlie. My sisters both tried the compression treatment and one of them said she fell asleep and loved it so very much. Their products are also super gentle on the skin and this is saying something. I usually only use PCA skincare products because I'm so sensitive to most spa brands, but whatever the heck they sell. I got moisturizers and lip treatments for me and all of my sisters and we loved all of it. I'm still using the little circular pump moisturizer. It's great. Okay this was a lot of words to just say they did amazing! We loved it. I can't wait to go back!
